Wellness city will connect to Art of Living Ashram meditation hall and amphitheater through an enjoyable walk. Connections are designed to enforce layers of wellness - social, psychological, physical, and spiritual wellness.

Design for the human experience

The hero of this story is not the vehicular streets--which are functional and well connected to each house and every parking space--instead, the heroes here are pedestrian paths, parks, plazas, green canyons, and stepped wells.

Space with a strong identity

Social, cultural, and recreational public buildings, including the clubhouse, are at the center of the township and of a monumental character. While conceptualising the project, it was kept in mind that these can be seen from all streets, parks, and plazas of the township, creating a strong sense of character and identity.

Use of topography and leveling

The upper plaza, commercial area, and prime zone are at different levels. This leveling has a functional role to avoid direct intersections between the main pedestrian path and park on one side, and vehicular traffic on the other. Such level variations create a sense of spatial diversity and adventure as well.
